Dr. Joseph Thompson is a highly trained Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon whose career reflects exceptional skill, discipline, and service. A graduate of Howard University College of Dentistry, Dr. Thompson went on to complete one of the nation’s most respected surgical training programs at the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, where he gained extensive experience in:

Traci Willis is an experienced Clinical and Operations Manager with more than two decades of leadership in dental care, specializing in services for elderly and long-term care populations. She brings deep expertise in clinical coordination, team leadership, and multi-facility operations across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Throughout her career, Traci has overseen dental services for skilled nursing facilities serving hundreds of patients, managing clinical schedules, chart audits, referrals, imaging, and compliance with ADA documentation standards. She has led and trained multidisciplinary teams, served as the primary liaison between dentists, facility staff, patients, and families, and ensured seamless communication before, during, and after dental visits.
Known for her strong organizational skills and hands-on leadership style, Traci plays a critical role at LaDent in maintaining high clinical standards, operational efficiency, and compassionate patient care. Her commitment to excellence and accountability has been recognized through leadership awards and long-standing trust from facilities and care teams.

Dr. Hayes brings over a decade of clinical experience and an extensive educational background to the communities LaDent serves. He completed a competitive General Practice Residency (GPR) at UT Houston School of Dentistry, where he trained at Level 1 trauma hospitals and developed advanced skills in medically complex patient care.
