Traci Willis is an experienced Clinical and Operations Manager with more than two decades of leadership in dental care, specializing in services for elderly and long-term care populations. She brings deep expertise in clinical coordination, team leadership, and multi-facility operations across Louisiana and Mississippi.
Throughout her career, Traci has overseen dental services for skilled nursing facilities serving hundreds of patients, managing clinical schedules, chart audits, referrals, imaging, and compliance with ADA documentation standards. She has led and trained multidisciplinary teams, served as the primary liaison between dentists, facility staff, patients, and families, and ensured seamless communication before, during, and after dental visits.
Known for her strong organizational skills and hands-on leadership style, Traci plays a critical role at LaDent in maintaining high clinical standards, operational efficiency, and compassionate patient care. Her commitment to excellence and accountability has been recognized through leadership awards and long-standing trust from facilities and care teams.

With formal training in Surgical Technology and hands-on experience in health insurance services, Shelley is skilled at verifying patient information, coordinating services, and communicating clearly with patients and care teams. Her professional background reflects a commitment to organization, accountability, and patient advocacy.
