LaDent is committed to providing high-quality dental care and transparent billing practices.
Payments are due at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. Because dental services are professional healthcare services, refunds are generally not issued once treatment has been provided.
Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or incorrect charges
- Services paid for but not rendered
- Billing errors confirmed by LaDent
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original payment date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment when possible.
Insurance and Medicaid claims are subject to payer policies. Any patient responsibility amounts determined after claim processing remain the responsibility of the patient.
