Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in limited future scheduling availability.
Patients are responsible for balances not covered by insurance or Medicaid. By receiving services, patients authorize LaDent to bill applicable payers.
Coverage varies by plan. LaDent does not guarantee third-party payment.
Refunds are generally not provided after treatment, except for billing errors or services not rendered.
